What is Wonder Woman Method?

So what is a Health Coach and why do I need one?

A Health Coach guides you to your health and wellness goals. They might be fat loss goals, fitness goals, health goals like getting off certain medications or improving blood levels like vitamin deficiencies or cholesterol levels. My aim to empower you to make the best decisions for YOUR own health. There is no one right way to be healthy, no cookie cutter approach will work for everyone. I certainly educate, motivate and give tips and tricks to our clients but typically avoid spoon feeding a plan to get where you want to be. I offer ideas and suggestions to coach you through the process. Ultimately for lasting results YOU need to figure out what works or doesn't work for your body and your life. You need a Health Coach because the reasons that you never seem get to your goal weight, or never finish the weight loss program or have tried everything to change and "fail" is never about the food! I will help you peel off the layers and find the magic you want and need in your life. I view health and wellness holistically. That means your mind, body and spirit need to be well. Don't freak out.....I didn't even know what spirituality meant to me not so long ago, now it's a game changer in my life!!!! My goal is to make YOU number one priority, going into life with a full cup so you can fill up those around you!

What is Wonder Woman Method?

During my time on road as a paramedic there was one thing that kept me coming back.... taking away someones pain. Be some analgesia for a fracture, the comfort after someones nightmare or reassurance that it will be OK. I took great pride in being able to make it a little easier for someone. I suppose that's why I feel at home as a Health Coach. I know first hand about the impact of health and disease. I thought a lot along my health journey about how to ease the burden and really actually focus on prevention of the great majority of this ever increasing concern. I have personally been part of the 63% of Australian adults over weight or obese. Even more terrifying is the 25% chance of children, CHILDREN PEOPLE, now overweight or obese. This does not sit right with me. As a risk factor for soooo very many diseases we need to do something about this very preventable statistic. 

Wonder Woman Method focuses on the bigger why for weight, lifestyle diseases and other health and wellness goals. It is the key to unlocking all those things. Believe me I know.

My 4 step Method to uncover your Wonder Woman includes;

Body Image Spotlight
When asked to describe their body in one word, sadly the majority of us will not salute this wicked vessel we are travelling through life in. After a lifetime of self loathing and toxic body image, I want to teach you how to love the skin your in. I very much believe you can't hate your self thin.

Food
As a nutritionist, l focus on the absolute most gratifying foods for your body. What you really need to charge your battery. Nutrition really is the key. Just FYI, you don't diet, you don't count calories and nothing is off the cards! 

I Wonder Why chats
We discover what has been holding you back from getting where you want to be. I also tried every diet and program with good but never great results. I finally understand now it was never about the diet. It was a process of un-pealing the layers and find the source. This is where the magic happens.

Exercise
Learn to love moving your body. In any way that takes your fancy. Sooooo important for hormone control which plays a mighty role in health and wellness. I'll give you my best tips and tricks or guide you back to an old love. 

I really believe we are all Wonder Woman. I think of the women in my life and am blown away by their power. I believe you are a Wonder Woman and I want you to believe that about yourself. I know first hand the pain that I experienced when I was overweight. The way I knew what people were snickering about under their breath, Trying on 13 outfits to find something to cover my belly, the awful, awful things I would think and say about my body. It was never about the food. It sucked. It was just a waste of precious time being miserable. I am here for this little pin drop of time on this Earth and god dam it i'm going to enjoy it not suffer through it. I got myself a Health Coach 18 months ago and it changed my life. I need to share the love.
